Hello and welcome!

I have been in the childcare space for over twelve years now and am so blessed to be able to bring my practice as a doula to North East Florida! Specifically the Jacksonville area.

Having my kiddo five years ago really brought so much to my attention as to the disparities many birthing people face when it comes to postpartum as well as simply support throughout the pregnancy process. There are very few resources allotted to helping people heal after birth in the States and I wanted to be part of the solution to that problem. People deserve rest and support and to be treated with dignity and respect that should follow such a life-altering event as birthing a child. That is what I hope to provide not only to you but to your family as well.

My heart's desire is to grow where I am planted, both literally and metaphorically. Our family has a deep desire to grow and raise our own food when possible. The metaphorical part is our constant drive to explore and enjoy everything our area has to offer. Every place we have ever lived has so much to teach, so many people to meet, and such amazing food to eat. The communities here in Jacksonville are unique and diverse and I hope to be able to offer my own unique voice to them. That is where Growing Reciprocity comes from, the deep desire to exchange things for mutual benefit. Be that shared stories around a cup of warm tea, shared food after a hard day, or shared breath as we figure out how to be calm and heal together.

I hope I am a person of encouragement, compassion, and peace as you push into something new.
